Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift to manage preventive maintenance and repairs across the manufacturing plant. The role emphasizes uptime, safety, and efficient production, with responsibilities including PM scheduling, equipment troubleshooting, and inventory management.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in ADS line operation or related maintenance, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and the ability to work extended hours

Qualifications

High School/Vocational School Diploma or equivalent.
3-5 years experience as ADS line operator or similar training and experience.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance duties and respond to repairs to maximize production.
Manage PM schedules and spare parts inventory for the plant.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment and ensure uptime performance.
Communicate safety concerns and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
Direct and perform scheduled maintenance and support ADS service projects.
