Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations at our Mendota plant. The role focuses on preventive and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and maintaining spare parts.

On-call duties and weekend work are required to sustain maximum production rates. The ideal candidate will have +5 years in industrial maintenance, experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and basic PLC/drives training.

Qualifications

• High School or vocational diploma required; technician level preferred.
• Electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic tech training is a plus.
• Basic PLC and drive training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on plant equipment to maximize production.
• Troubleshoot machines, controls, drives, motors, and related components.
• Order parts as needed and maintain spare parts inventory.
• Support CMMS with PM and repair work orders; on-call duties as required.
• Collaborate with production staff to ensure safe operation and Continuous Improvement.
