Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform preventive and reactive maintenance for the plant.

You will execute PM schedules, repair equipment, and maintain spare parts inventory while supporting safety and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include troubleshooting machines, coordinating with Electrical Engineering for complex issues, and ensuring safe, reliable operation of plant equipment.

Qualifications

• High School / Vocational School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds to a height of 6 feet.
• Ability to stand and be mobile for a minimum of 8 continuous hours.
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in temperature extremes.
• Technician level - Electrical, hydraulics, pneumatic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair machines and controls (extruders, corrugators, drives, etc.).
• Maintain PM schedules and repair orders to maximize production.
• Order replacement parts and control components as needed.
• Support CMMS performance and continuous improvement projects.
• Work with Production Staff to ensure safe operation of plant equipment.
