Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a Training Specialist to design, implement, deliver, and administer employee education across the plant. You will ensure compliance with policies and build programs that support teamwork and growth.

Key duties include managing training from concept to delivery, developing manuals and presentations, coordinating with managers on training needs, creating OJT checklists, and establishing SOPs and SOC tracking for major equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering employee training programs.
• Ability to develop SOPs and standard training materials.
• Collaborative partner with department managers on training needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage training programs from concept to implementation across the plant.
• Develop and modify training content: manuals, presentations, exercises.
• Create and delegate OJT checklists for new hires and promotions.
• Oversee SOP creation for major equipment and SOC tracking.
