Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in the United States is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead the design, implementation, and administration of employee education across the plant. You’ll manage OJT, develop SOPs, and drive training effectiveness to support safety and quality goals.

The role supervises 2 Training Techs and oversees training for 400+ employees, with a focus on program development, scheduling, and budget alignment. Travel may be required to meet site needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of training experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the full scope of training program(s) across the entire plant - concept to implementation.
• Analyzes training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
• Oversees development and delivery of training materials (manuals, presentations, exercises).
• Partners with Department Managers and Supervisors regarding training needs.
• Provides direction to Training Coordinator for On the Job Training (OJT).
• Develops and delegates OJT checklists for new hires and first year associates.
• Develops and delegates the creation of objective skills reviews for advancement.
• Oversees SOP creation for major equipment and SSOPs for sanitation activities.
• Creates Train-the-Trainer programs to identify and incentivize educators.
• Analyzes training results to develop site themes for improvement.
