Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and administer employee education across the plant. You will ensure policy compliance and foster teamwork to build a capable workforce.

Required: a Bachelor degree or equivalent in Education/HR, 3–5 years in training coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and LMS. Some travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Education, Training & Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, deliver, and administer employee education across the plant.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines while supporting teamwork and development.
• Develop and update training materials, SOPs, SSOPs, SOCs, and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Partner with managers on training needs and develop on-the-job checklists for new hires.
• Track education records and evaluate training effectiveness for continuous improvement.
