Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage plant-wide learning initiatives from concept to implementation. You’ll develop and deliver programs, materials, and assessments to improve safety, quality, and efficiency across operations.

Collaborate with managers, design on-the-job training (OJT) checklists, and create SOPs. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, plus familiarity with LMS tools and manufacturing processes. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Education, Training & Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full scope of training program(s) across the entire plant – concept to implementation.
• Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
• Assist with the development and oversight of training materials (manuals, presentations, exercises, etc.).
• Partner with Department Managers and Supervisors regarding employee training needs.
• Develop and delegate OJT checklists for new hires and first year associates.
• Create objective skills reviews advancing employees from training to proficient to advanced for equipment/tasks.
• Oversee the creation of SOPs for major equipment.
• Evaluate and, if necessary, develop tools/methods for tracking SOCs for equipment.
• Create Train-the-Trainer programs to identify and incentivize educators.
• Analyze training results to guide site improvements/engagement.
• Maintain tracking systems for education/training records.
• Contribute to turnover reduction strategies related to training improvements.
• Arrange educational space and setup for events.
• Occasional travel may be necessary.
• Serve as SME for local training tools (Alchemy, Red Zone).
