Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to partner with the corporate training manager and on‑site operations leaders at the California manufacturing site.

You will develop and implement training programs, standards, and tools, ensuring site‑specific processes are established, improved, followed, and maintained. Responsibilities include coordinating on‑the‑job training, documenting work instructions, and driving skill development across teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of training experience in manufacturing or related settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Business or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills essential.
• Ability to work with operations leaders and train staff on site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs, standards, and tools for the local site.
• Coordinate on‑the‑job training for new and transferred employees.
• Document work instructions and training material, including external vendor training.
• Partner with training managers on learning projects to drive skill development.
• Conduct training effectiveness assessments and maintain training records.
