Reworld is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Florida to oversee safe, efficient plant operations on a 12-hour rotating shift. You will monitor boilers, turbine and steam plant, enforce environmental permits, and lead a cross-trained team while ensuring compliance with safety rules.

The role requires 5+ years in power or resource-recovery plant operations, ASME QRO provisional and site-specific licenses, and strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in power or resource recovery plant operations.
• ASME QRO provisional and site-specific license required.
• Experience with high‑pressure boilers and electrical generation.
• Strong leadership, safety, and problem‑solving skills.
• Engineering degree desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with policies.
• Keep plant within environmental limits and permits.
• Emergency response to injuries or accidents.
• Approve maintenance removals and issue safety permits.
• Train and manage a cross‑trained, capable workforce.
• Coordinate shift checks and overall plant operations.
