Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service daily per Lowe's policies and programs.
• Build relationships with vendors and ensure merchandise resets meet Lowe's specs.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Service team on project priorities, schedules, and needs.
• Engage with customers when opportunities arise to assist locating and loading merchandise.
• Communicate product information including stock, special orders, features, and warranties for Lowe's programs.
• Maintain plant displays and signage per planogram, price, and color block standards.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and proper operation of outside garden areas and related equipment.
