Qualifications

• 6 Months Live nursery experience or General Merchandising experience
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• 6 Months Lowe's sales floor experience (preferred)
• 6 Months Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms, setting up and tearing down displays (preferred)
• 3 Months Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Always provide SMART customer service through Lowe's customer service policies, procedures, and programs.
• Build relationships with vendors by ensuring merchandise resets are completed according to Lowe's specifications.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Service team and Manager by communicating project priorities, schedule, and project needs.
• Engage with customers when opportunities arise to understand needs and assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading merchandise.
• Update and communicate information to customers regarding stock, special order merchandise, benefits, applications, and warranty information.
