Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe's policies and programs.
• Build relationships with vendors to ensure merchandise resets meet Lowe's specifications.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Service team and Manager on priorities, schedules, and material needs.
• Assist customers by locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise as needed.
• Communicate product and stock information to customers, including warranty details.
