Lowe’s in Rockingham, NC is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You’ll spend time listening to customers, answering questions, shelving, and assisting with orders and deliveries, in a fast-paced store environment.

Formación

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months of retail technology experience (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic required.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties as assigned.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and shelf organization tasks as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt by customers.
• Cross-train in other areas to enhance in-store service.
• Prepare merchandise according to customer needs (e.g., paint mixing, cutting, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
