Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 Months Retail experience preferred.
• 6 Months Experience as a Loader at a home improvement or hardware retailer preferred.
• 6 Months Retail merchandising experience, including stocking, down stocking, facing/fronting product, pricing, signage, and housekeeping.
• 6 Months Experience in loading/unloading products or materials in/out of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe’s customer service policies and programs.
• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Uses power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintains in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Supports large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Identifies and reports safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management.
