Qualifications

• 6 months live nursery experience or general merchandising experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months Lowe’s sales floor experience.
• 3 months experience operating power equipment such as lifts and order pickers.

Responsibilities

• Always provide SMART customer service through Lowe's policies and programs.
• Build relationships with vendors to ensure merchandise resets are completed per Lowe's specs.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Service team by communicating project priorities and schedules.
• Engage with customers when opportunities arise and assist in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise.
• Listen and respond to customer questions promptly and guide to store areas as needed.
• Communicate product information including stock, special orders, features, warranties.
