Job summary

You will lead maintenance staff, manage budgets and vendor relations, and coordinate with Engineering to install or remove equipment while upholding safety standards for a large North American operation.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical college degree or certificate or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years managing a maintenance staff.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and large machinery.
• Experience with safety initiatives, budgeting and vendor management.
• Ability to read maintenance literature and manuals.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance staff to ensure safe, efficient plant operations.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
• Coordinate with Engineering for equipment installation/removal.
• Monitor water/energy use and implement cost-saving measures.
• Communicate progress and issues to Market Center management.
