Job summary

Voyant Beauty seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability projects in the plant, supporting safety, throughput, quality and continuous improvement. You will oversee installation, repair and upkeep of equipment to maximize uptime.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background with 4–6 years of plant-maintenance leadership experience and a proven ability to manage resources and budgets while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years as Maintenance Manager in a high-throughput facility (Food/Pharma/Beauty or similar) required.
• Proven ability to assign tasks effectively to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Experience with CMMS programs; familiarity with PLCs, sensors, MMIs, and machine electronics preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support and guidance in diagnosing and resolving equipment issues to ensure timely corrections and sustained operational performance.
• Allocation and management of resources—oversee personnel, tools, and equipment to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Implement and preserve sound maintenance practices through preventative maintenance programs and procedures.
• Workforce planning to ensure proper staffing levels and skillsets for current and future maintenance demands.
• Lead hiring and onboarding, while developing the team’s technical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ensure GMP and PPE compliance and participate in audits.
