Job summary

NPAworldwide seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead and supervise all maintenance activities for safe, reliable plant operation in a Georgia facility. The role drives preventive and predictive maintenance, manages staff and contractors, and controls the maintenance budget to minimize downtime and improve production performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience with continuous extrusion and/or mechanical/pneumatic conveying systems preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret process flow and shop drawings.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems; PLCs and automation preferred.
• Experience implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CMMS is implied.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance activities to maximize uptime and reliability.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize work orders with Production.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage maintenance budget and control costs.
• Supervise and develop maintenance team, including training and certifications.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Quality for improvements.
• Track KPIs and drive reliability improvements.
