Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all maintenance department activities to ensure safe, reliable plant operations.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Drive continuous improvement in equipment performance and maintenance effectiveness.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Supervise and develop maintenance personnel to meet goals.
• Coordinate maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution via CMMS.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and asset histories.
• Oversee facility maintenance projects and compliance with environmental/regulatory requirements.
• Support process improvements and long-range capital planning.
• Manage contractors and external service providers for maintenance work.
• Monitor expenditures and identify opportunities for cost control and optimization.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and operations teams.
