Job summary

Advantage Technical seeks a Maintenance & Engineering Manager to lead site maintenance, drive equipment reliability, and oversee engineering activities in a process manufacturing environment. You will shape maintenance strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide continuous improvement across operations.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory awareness, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams including operations, EHS, quality, and engineering to deliver safe and reliable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of experience in chemical processing, specialty materials, polymers, or related industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, maintenance practices, and reliability principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance personnel with a focus on safety and performance.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, proactive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with Process Safety Management (PSM), ISO, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and drive reliability improvements to reduce downtime.
• Lead or support capital projects and plant outages from scope to implementation.
• Provide engineering support for utilities, facilities, and production processes.
