Job summary

Fresh Mark in Salem, Ohio is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing roles and collaborate with plant leadership on workforce planning. You will build strong talent pipelines, enhance the candidate experience, and drive onboarding processes to support day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in recruiting or HR with manufacturing experience, strong knowledge of employment laws, and proficiency in ATS/HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years recruiting or HR experience with emphasis on recruitment.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and hiring regulations.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant management and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning objectives.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer facilitation.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Coordinate and facilitate candidate interviews.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct pre-employment activities, including background checks, employment verification, and I-9 compliance.
• Support new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records within the ATS and HRIS.
