Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiter focused on manufacturing to identify talent, develop candidates, and connect skills to meaningful work. You will use strong communication and organizational skills to drive all aspects of recruitment on-site in Salem, Oregon.

Required: 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, or sales and a high school diploma. ATS experience (Taleo, Avature, JobApp) is preferred; associate or bachelor’s degree is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience or exposure to Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Taleo, Avature, JobApp).
