Amy’s Kitchen, Inc. is seeking a Plant Recruiter to partner with the People Team and Plant Manager.

You will own full-cycle recruiting for Manufacturing, Maintenance, Warehouse, and related roles, schedule interviews, perform reference checks, and present offers while maintaining metrics and reports. This onsite role requires excellent communication, data interpretation, and the ability to build a strong network across locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting, HR, or interviewing experience.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and ATS usage.
• Proficiency with UKG/Ulti Pro HRMS; strong data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Manager and People Team to anticipate staffing needs.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Warehouse roles.
• Schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and present offers.
• Maintain opening statistics and ATS reports; track hiring progress.
• Build a network of potential candidates through various channels.
• Travel up to 5 weeks per year to support hiring across locations.
