Job summary

Amy’s Kitchen is seeking a Plant Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Warehouse positions. You will partner with the People Team, Plant Manager, and Hiring Managers to forecast talent needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and extend offers.

The role requires 1+ year in recruiting or HR, experience with ATS systems, and excellent communication. This onsite position includes benefits and room to grow within a mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of recruiting/HR experience.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting is preferred.
• Familiarity with UKG UltiPro HRMS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in staffing-related activities and cross-functional projects.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategy including agency selection and metrics.
• Create job ads reflecting Amy's values and core purpose.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, prescreening, interviews, offers, and background checks.
• Build a network of candidates through social networks, trade groups, and community activity.
• Attend hiring and community events; travel up to 5 weeks per year.
• Track key metrics and provide weekly/quarterly reports to leaders.
• Support non-peak recruiting and other People Team duties as needed.
• Deliver ATS training for hiring managers.
• Mentor other recruiting team members across locations.
• Identify recruitment gaps and provide strategic recommendations.
• Maintain fair and equitable interviewing and hiring practices.
• Attend Gemba/Tier Walks and stay aligned with business priorities.
• Engage with new hires to support their career growth at Amy's.
• Act as an Amy’s Ambassador, upholding core values and ethics.
