Job summary

Amy's Kitchen in Idaho is seeking a Plant Recruiter to lead full-cycle staffing for Manufacturing, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other roles. You will partner with the People Team, Plant Manager, and Hiring Managers to forecast talent needs and deliver top talent.

Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, creating ads, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and building a candidate network. Travel up to 5 weeks/year, with emphasis on fair hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 1 year recruiting/HR/interviewing experience.
• Experience with high-volume staffing and recruiting is a plus.
• Proficient in ATS and HRMS tools (UKG/Ulti Pro).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read data and interpret metrics.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Handle full cycle recruiting for plant locations.
• Partner with People Team, Plant Manager, and Hiring Managers.
• Schedule interviews and conduct reference checks.
• Maintain opening statistics and ATS reports.
• Develop sourcing strategies and create targeted ads.
• Travel up to 5 weeks per year for recruiting.
• Provide training to hiring managers and recruiting staff.
• Identify recruitment gaps and propose improvements.
• Uphold fair and equitable interviewing practices.
• Build relationships with new hires and current employees.
