Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Plant Associate Recruiter to lead the recruitment of on-site production, quality and warehouse positions and to assist with full-cycle recruiting, including onboarding of new hires. You will conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and make hiring decisions for hourly roles, while maintaining timely candidate communications and ATS updates.

You will also collaborate with other recruiters, support GMPs and SQF programs, and travel up to 5% as needed to fill openings

Qualifications

• Post-high school training in business, community college, or vocational program.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Detail oriented with a focus on quality results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-caliber environment.
• Good organizational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for on-site production, quality and warehouse positions.
• Assist full cycle recruiting and onboarding of new hires.
• Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and extend offers.
• Maintain accurate, timely candidate communications and ATS records.
• Collaborate with other recruiters and assist other locations as needed.
• Follow GMPs and SQF food safety programs within the facility.
• Travel up to 5% as required.
