Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Junior Operator to support our Ardmore, OK facility. You will operate assigned equipment and perform safe, efficient plant activities in a 24-hour operation with day/night rotating shifts.

You will monitor processes, troubleshoot deviations, and assist in continuous improvement while maintaining safety and environmental stewardship. Prior process tech exposure is beneficial and a strong safety mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, overtime, nights and weekends.
• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.
• Associates degree in Process Technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and field check process equipment.
• Monitor process conditions and control systems.
• Perform tasks per standard task list including field checks and samples.
• Assist in Root Cause Investigations and training of others.
• Maintain safety, environmental stewardship and equipment reliability.
• Operate forklift and use MS Office for daily tasks.
