Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required for entry.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• U.S. driver’s license valid and current.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Follow Operating Discipline principles to ensure safe operation of assigned areas.
• Operate and field-check process equipment.
• Monitor process conditions, equipment, and control systems.
• Perform tasks per a standard list including field checks and sampling.
• Ensure activities align with plant goals and performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot process deviations and maintain equipment reliability.
• Initiate and participate in root cause investigations as needed.
• Coach and train others on plant operations.
• Handle immediate response activities and manage unplanned events.
• Use process know-how to improve plant performance and safety.
• Operate plant computer control systems and use digital tools.
