Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Junior Operator to support our Ardmore, OK facility. The role involves operating assigned equipment, troubleshooting process issues, and ensuring safe, reliable plant performance in a 24-hour operation with day/night rotating shifts.

The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to operating discipline. You will work with process knowledge to monitor equipment, perform field checks, and participate in root cause investigations when required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, overtime, holidays, nights and weekends.
• Have a current, valid US driver's license.
• U.S. work eligibility; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Follow Operating Discipline principles to ensure safe operation of assigned plant areas.
• Operate and field check process equipment and monitor conditions.
• Perform tasks per standard task list including field checks and samples.
• Support plant goals by aligning operational activities with performance metrics.
• Use troubleshooting skills to resolve deviations and maintain equipment reliability.
• Coach and train others on plant operations.
