Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, seeks an operator to safely run plant equipment and perform site work in North Dakota. You will oversee loading and unloading fly ash, monitor inventory, test materials, and ensure compliance with safety regulations to achieve production targets.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience, with strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in a relevant field preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to read and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work habits and support a zero-injury safety culture.
• Monitor fly ash in silos and assist with ordering as needed.
• Load and unload fly ash from silo to trucks/rail cars or barges; perform tests.
• Operate loading equipment (water truck, dump truck, vacuum truck, forklift) on site.
• Maintain equipment, facilities, and grounds; report safety or maintenance issues.
• Attend to customers promptly and support maintenance repairs and projects.
