Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, is seeking an Operator to safely run plant equipment and perform site work. You will oversee loading/unloading fly ash, monitor inventory, test materials, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Excellent problem solving and teamwork are essential for meeting production targets. Responsibilities include operating loading and production equipment, performing routine inspections, maintaining logs, and collaborating with utilities and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant training or certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work rotating on-call shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work habits to help create a zero-injury safety culture
• Attend safety meetings and follow safety guidelines
• Maintain communication with utility
• Monitor fly ash levels and place orders as needed
• Pull samples for testing and perform required tests
• Load and unload fly ash from silos to fill silos
• Operate loading equipment and start/stop production
• Perform maintenance on grounds, equipment and facilities
• Complete paperwork and reports timely
