Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, is seeking a detailed-oriented operator to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. Responsibilities include loading/unloading fly ash, monitoring inventory, testing materials, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and procedural accuracy across shifts. The position requires a high school diploma, 1+ year of related experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with training or certification in relevant

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; training or certification in relevant skill or trade preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must be punctual, reliable and able to work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and operating within safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work habits to help create a zero-injury safety culture.
• Attend safety meetings and follow safety guidelines.
• Maintain communication with utility personnel.
• Monitor fly ash levels in silos and place orders as needed.
• Pull samples of fly ash from loads and silos for testing.
