Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, seeks a Plant Operator to safely and efficiently run plant equipment and perform site work per company procedures. You will oversee loading/unloading fly ash, monitor inventories, test materials, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while supporting production targets.

The role requires hands-on technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to operating standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and training or certification in relevant skill or trade.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work habits to help create a zero-injury safety culture.
• Attends regular safety meetings and follows all safety guidelines as required.
• Maintain communication with utility and monitor fly ash levels.
• Pulls samples of fly ash for testing and performs required tests.
• Loads trucks, rail cars or barges with fly ash from the silo.
• Unloads deliveries to fill fly ash silos and records information for billing.
