Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, is seeking a plant Operator to safely operate equipment and perform site work per company procedures. Responsibilities include loading/unloading materials, testing, monitoring fly ash, and ensuring safety compliance.

The role requires a mix of technical skill, problem-solving, and adherence to operational standards to meet targets. On-site position with rotating shifts and overtime possible, supporting a large national network of CRH.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills for conveying instructions and reporting issues.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work habits to create a zero-injury culture.
• Attend safety meetings and follow guidelines.
• Monitor and record fly ash levels in silos and place orders as needed.
• Load and unload materials; operate loading equipment on site.
• Perform maintenance on grounds, equipment and facilities as directed.
