Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, is seeking a plant operator to safely and efficiently operate plant equipment and perform site tasks in Randolph, MN. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, monitoring inventories, testing materials, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The role requires a combination of technical skills and problem-solving ability, with duties spanning equipment startup/shutdown, data recording, and coordinating with supervisors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Strong verbal communication skills for conveying instructions and reporting issues.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work habits and maintain a zero-injury safety culture.
• Operate loading equipment and production equipment.
• Monitor fly ash levels, test materials, and complete required tests.
• Load/unload trucks, rail cars, or barges; record data for billing.
• Perform maintenance and assist with repairs as needed.
