Job summary

Viant Medical is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee long- and short-range production tasks at the CLT facility, ensuring alignment with Marketing forecast and inventory targets. You will manage shop floor scheduling and material movement for assigned products.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and adherence to safety and quality standards, with strong collaboration across departments and a focus on consistent performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in production planning/control or related area.
• Proficient with manufacturing computer systems.
• Leadership experience required.
• Knowledge of medical device quality system requirements, process control.

Responsibilities

• Meet management-determined objectives in production, quality, safety, and personnel relations.
• Lead daily activities of department employees and coordinate with other departments.
• Monitor key metrics, identify gaps, and drive problem-solving.
• Train and develop employees; coach and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain documentation of employee relations, attendance, and disciplinary actions.
