Victaulic, a global leader in pipe joining solutions, is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor in Leland, NC. You will oversee frontline manufacturing, drive safe, efficient, high-quality operations, and serve as the link between plant leadership and hourly staff.

The role focuses on safety leadership, quality control, people management, and continuous improvement, with daily production reporting, shift handoffs, and collaboration across teams in a fast-paced, non-office setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisor experience in manufacturing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read floor and translate directions into action.
• Demonstrated safety mindset and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and conduct toolbox talks.
• Ensure quality output by following processes and procedures.
• Supervise hourly workforce and enforce discipline.
• Oversee operations of assigned shift and area.
