Responsibilities

• Meet production goals by allocating resources and implementing measures to improve production and efficiency.
• Develop skilled, motivated staff through consistent training and performance evaluations.
• Ensure clear information flow to operations management and track performance data.
• Work with engineering, QA, technical service and R&D on product/process modifications and scale-ups.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.
• Interview, select, orient, and train hourly employees for the department.
