Job summary

Responsibilities include coaching staff, enforcing cGMP/IPQ standards, and collaborating with engineering, materials, and QA to meet budget and throughput goals. Safety and process improvements are emphasized throughout.

Qualifications

• AA/AS with 4 years or BA/BS with 2 years direct line supervisory experience in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of medical components, ISO/cGMP and FDA regulations.
• Equivalent on-the-job training accepted.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations for the 3rd shift to ensure on-time, high-quality product availability.
• Drive continual improvement in safety, quality, and production processes while ensuring compliance with ISO/GMP/FDA standards.
• Provide training and coaching to department employees to promote cGMP compliance and quality awareness.
• Lead and mentor team members, set goals, provide performance feedback, and manage salary administration.
• Identify capacity constraints and communicate with management to protect customer service levels.
