Kimberly-Clark is seeking an Operating Partner to operate, maintain, and improve production equipment and processes at the Paris site. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement while balancing hands-on work with problem solving.

You will contribute to optimized manufacturing with preventative and corrective maintenance and participate in ongoing training and development. The role supports premium products for millions worldwide.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of continuous work experience.
• Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.
• Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening.
• Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ownership mindset with a focus on results and accountability.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with collaborative problem-solving.
