Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Corinth, MS is seeking a Production Operator to operate and maintain packaging and production equipment, supporting safety, quality, and efficiency on 12-hour rotating shifts.

You will apply lean tools, participate in TPM, learn to drive industrial tractors and forklifts, and collaborate with team members to meet uptime, yield and cost targets while upholding our safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (Grade 12).
• 3+ years of continuous work experience or equivalent military training/education.
• Basic computer knowledge and math skills.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and shift rotations (12-hour nights/weekends/holidays).
• Ability to drive industrial tractors/forklift/paddle/clamps and pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate base machinery following capability plan to meet performance and safety standards.
• Maintain equipment used in production, packaging and distribution.
• Support safety leadership and enforce three safety obligations.
• Aim for high uptime and yield while controlling machine hour cost.
• Collaborate with team and share process knowledge.
