Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a seasoned Plant Manufacturing Leader to oversee all phases of production on a scheduled shift, ensuring safe, quality products and efficient use of labor and materials.

You will provide multi-shift leadership, manage scheduling, GMP compliance, quality, safety, training, and continual improvement across mixing, baking and packaging, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years multi-shift salaried leadership in high-speed manufacturing.
• 10+ years overall hourly or salary leadership experience.
• Food, beverage or CPG manufacturing experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on all shifts in accordance with policies and laws.
• Oversee conversion of raw materials to finished products with minimum waste and labor cost.
• Plan, schedule and approve production; monitor GMP and safety compliance.
• Review orders and schedules to plan department operations and timelines.
• Resolve operational, manufacturing and maintenance issues to minimize costs.
• Train, develop and evaluate staff; lead meetings and presentations as needed.
• Maintain 5S environment and ensure quality control across processes.
• Inspect machines, ensure optimal utilization and data-driven decisions.
