Job summary

RemX | The Workforce Experts is seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to lead production, packaging, fulfillment, and shipping operations in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee day-to-day activities and ensure alignment with quality and safety standards.

Candidates should have extensive experience in food manufacturing or regulated settings (GMP/FDA/HACCP preferred) and a proven track record of improving throughput, reducing bottlenecks, and developing supervisory teams to peak performance.
