Job summary

Maker's Pride in Ohio is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the production lines, assembly and packaging activities. You will manage 80+ staff, coordinate scheduling, ensure GMP compliance and drive efficiency to meet financial targets.

This role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to resolve routine issues while escalating complex ones as needed. Responsibilities include directing daily operations, reporting progress to management, and implementing lean practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proven leadership, motivation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 80+ production employees and oversee daily operations.
• Plan, assign and direct work; interview, hire and train staff.
• Ensure GMP, SQF/BRC compliance and safety policies are followed.
• Review production orders and schedules to meet targets and minimize waste.
• Prepare performance reports for management and monitor efficiency.
