Job summary

Arcosa Crushed Concrete is seeking workers to join our plant operations team. The role involves daily maintenance, safety inspections, and assisting with crushing concrete while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred for plant roles and safety-sensitive tasks.
• Excellent communication skills to relay safety and process information.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to work in this environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and regulations; inspect daily and report deficiencies.
• Perform daily maintenance inspections of plant and equipment to maximize uptime.
• Keep work areas clean and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Perform manual labor tasks to operate equipment for crushing concrete and removing debris.
• Assist with repairs and maintenance such as screen changes, belt repair, wear parts replacement, and pump service.
• Support plant operations through cleaning, washing, sweeping and shoveling materials; ensure dust control measures.
