Job summary

Amrize seeks an Operations Manager to achieve production and distribution goals for asphalt plants, mentoring staff to meet quality targets and ensuring safety compliance at all times.

You will oversee purchasing, inventory, and CAPEX projects, while coordinating with suppliers and on-site customers. Strong ERP, SAP, and MS Office skills are essential; local travel is required across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3-5 years supervisory experience.
• Field of Study: Asphalt Production.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP), Google Mail, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Attain production and distribution objectives for asphalt plants.
• Mentor staff to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Manage OH&S program activities including inspections and incident investigations.
• Oversee materials inventory ordering, control, and administration.
• Deliver on CAPEX and special projects as business needs exist.
• Provide on-site customer service and liaise with suppliers.
