Job summary

Amrize seeks an Operations Manager in Middleton, MA to oversee production and distribution objectives at asphalt plants, mentor staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and manage budgets and purchasing. You will lead continuous improvement and ensure on-time delivery of quality services.

Responsibilities include coordinating CAPEX and special projects, maintaining inventory controls, and partnering with suppliers to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; comparable experience considered.
• Three to five years of supervisory experience.
• Prior asphalt production experience is required.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP), Google Mail, and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and distribution objectives at asphalt plants.
• Mentor subordinates to reach quality and productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with OH&S, laws, and company rules.
• Manage operational purchasing, CAPEX, and budget planning.
• Coordinate with suppliers and maintain plant safety and performance.
