Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Operations Manager to drive production and distribution targets at its Middleton, MA facilities. You will mentor staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and partner with suppliers to meet financial and operational goals.

This role demands hands-on leadership and a proven track record in asphalt production environments. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of supervisory experience, and strong ERP and Microsoft Office skills; travel is required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; comparable experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Attain production and distribution objectives for asphalt plants.
• Mentor subordinates to achieve quality and productivity targets.
• Manage safety, compliance, budgeting and supplier relations.
