Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Missouri is seeking an Operations Manager II responsible for the entire manufacturing plant operations, supervising staff, maintaining budget and safety standards.

You will drive continuous improvement, ensure GMP compliance, lead cross-functional teams, and report performance to the management.

This role requires 7+ years in production management and an engineering or related degree; weekend and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in production management, beverage experience preferred.
• Experience with GMP, QA standards, and safety audits.

Responsibilities

• Direct plant operations and oversee budget control.
• Lead and develop production teams; hiring and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, QA, and safety policies.
• Analyze performance and present reports to management.
• Coordinate with departments to meet customer orders.
