Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead the complete manufacturing plant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee staffing, training and performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safe, compliant and efficient production.

A Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in production management are expected. The role includes budget oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and regular reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in production management, beverage experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations to ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Direct staffing, training and performance evaluations.
• Develop budgets and monitor departmental performance.
• Communicate production requirements across departments.
• Maintain compliance with OHSA, GMP and SQF.
